Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch :
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request cancellation, please contact us at:

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
After Dispatch :
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may be returned according to the return conditions mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used Ayurvedic tablets, oils, powders, or supplements
Products with broken seals
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Promotional, discounted, clearance, or free gift items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will offer either:
A replacement product, or
A full refund
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping :
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Veedic will bear the return shipping cost.
For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders :
For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification of the customer’s account details.
